OUR STANDARD AND RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE


Our company has set it its own standards and recruitment procedure for our candidates before we present thme to our clients for initial assessment and these are the following :

  • Candidates should have experience in the same field
  • Candidates should have a valid passport (min. of 1 year before expiration)
  • Candidates should be physically and mentally fit
  • Knowledge in basic safety measures is a plus


Pre-Employment Procedure

  • Apllicants should already sign their working contract
  • PT. Millenium Muda Mandiri will arrange interview schedule of our candidates with respective clients
  • PT. Millenium Muda Mandiri will conduct initial screening and interview before coordinating with client for final interview and evaluation
  • Medical examination
  • PT. Millenium Muda Mandiri will arrange candidate's documents following recommendation from The Indonesian Labour Department
  • PT. Millenium Muda Mandiri will assist in processing the passport application of the candidates
  • PT. Millenium Muda Mandiri will assist in providing all documents and VISA applications to their respective destination
  • Arranging appointment and /or interview for our applicants to the embassy of their respective destination for VISA application
  • Coordinate and update with the client regarding the applicants travel proceedings and arrangements
  • Provide a standard and procedural technical briefing before traveling to the area of destination


PT. Millenium Muda Mandiri is responsible in arranging the selected candidates for pre-employment medical axamination with our accredited medical center based on the standards given by client.

PT. Millenium Muda Mandiri is responsible in assuring that the selected candidates have signed the working contract in accordance with The Indonesian Immigration Office after getting the result of the medical examination if the applicant is physically and mentally fit for the particular job

PT. Millenium Muda Mandiri is responsible in arranging and confirming the candidates duration of employment with their respective employers

PT. Millenium Muda Mandiri is reponsible in updating the clients concerning the new regulations of The Indonesian Labour Department

PT. Millenium Muda Mandiri is open for the negotiation with our clients with regard to recruitment fee for a win-win solution for both parties
