Jobs Description:
1. Attend to members enquiries/complaints via calls, email, fax or other formats concerning the services and products
2. Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication
3. Generate sales leads
4. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements:
1. Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for the position
3. Preferably junior executives specializing in customer service or equivalent
4. Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English
