Recruitment Procedure!

Our company has set its own standards and recruitment procedure for our candidates before we present them to our clients for initial assessment and these are the following:

  • Candidate should have experience in the same field.
  • Candidate should have a valid passport (minimum of 1 year before expiration)
  • Must have a good command in English both in oral and written
  • Candidate should be physically and mentally fit
  • Knowledge in basic safety measures is a plus


Pre-Employment Procedure:

  • Applicants should already sign their working contract
  • PT Millenium Muda Mandiri will arrange interview schedule of our candidates with respective clients
  • PT Millenium Muda Mandiri will conduct initial screening and interview before coordinating with the client for final interview and evaluation
  • Medical Examination
  • PT Millenium Muda Mandiri will arrange candidates
